NEW SCHOOL EXTENSION – BLESSING CEREMONY
The official opening of the school extension took place on Wednesday 26th February. Bishop John Buckley, the School Patron, accepted Canon Murphy’s invitation to perform the blessing. This was a very special occasion for the school as both the present and previous Boards of Management worked over a long period of time to bring about the successful completion of this project. There was a large attendance on the day by parents and local community representatives. The Parents’ Association kindly organised refreshments on the day.
